Amidst moments of rejection and triumph, Dee has emerged as a seasoned professional, having navigated the complexities of the optical industry in both the UK and Australia. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to become approved to have his own Joint Venture Specsavers Store by the age of 26. However, faced with an unforeseen human obstacle, Dee embraced the challenge and used it as leverage to design his own future.

Despite another setback a few years later, he crafted an opportunity to buy and turn around a struggling franchise business, Specsavers Dandenong. Through strategic planning and meticulous execution, the store was transformed and the business became a profitable venture within three months, earning:

In the face of adversity during the pandemic and following a relocation and expansion of the store, Dee and his business partner used an evolved system to the one six years prior to turn the store around again. This time they were placed in the top 4 percent of all Specsavers stores across ANZ for Clinical Excellence and were finalists for the Doug Perkins Prize for 2 years in a row.

Within 14 months net profits increased by $30k per month.

Exceptional leadership, and prioritizing well-being helped navigate challenges. Their collective efforts also elevated the stores online Google reputation from a 3.5-star to an impressive 4.7-star rating.

Dee's commitment to continuous self-development and effective leadership is evident in his track record. As a business coach, he offers a unique blend of practical insights and strategic foresight which he learned face to face from Tony Robbins (Global business strategist), Aaron Sansoni (described as Mr Empire by Forbes) and Janine Allis (founder of Boost Juice and co partner of Retail Zoo). He’s also a keen studier of Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, Ray Dalio and marketing guru Jay Abraham amongst others.


He additionally employs a Tony Robbins certified coach to guide him in his business endeavours, along with an Open Innovation coach dedicated to fostering his innovative pursuits.
