How do I know which engagement is right for my network?

That is exactly what the Franchise Performance Conversation is for. In 45 minutes we will identify where the fog is thickest in your network and which path forward makes the most sense. There is no pressure and no pitch.

What makes this different from other leadership or culture programs?

SOAR and The OCRE Method™ were not designed in a workshop. They were built inside a real franchise to solve a real problem. Every framework, every conversation tool, and every principle came from lived experience - not borrowed theory.

How long before we see results?

Most clients notice a shift in their one to ones and team conversations within the first few weeks. Meaningful performance change across a network typically takes three to six months. The Specsavers turnaround reached break-even within three months of the right conditions being built.

Do my franchisees need to be involved or is this just for me?

Is this delivered in person or virtually?

The Franchise Mastery Program is delivered virtually with flexible in-person options for local networks in Melbourne. AX Coaching runs online worldwide, with in person sessions in south east Melbourne. The Culture Playbook Workshop can be delivered in person or virtually depending on your group location.

What if it is not the right fit after the conversation?

Then we say so. The Franchise Performance Conversation is genuinely not a sales call. If there is not a clear fit, you will still walk away with clarity on where the fog is in your network and what the right next step looks like - even if that step is not with me.
